Check-in/check-out methods:
to be agreed upon at the time of booking. It is necessary to provide in advance a valid identity document for each guest who will be staying in the accommodation.

Tourist tax:
the tourist tax for guests is 1€/person/night for a maximum of 7 nights. The tourist tax is NOT included in the cost of the reservation (even on the Airbnb and Booking platforms) therefore it must be paid to us directly and will be paid to the municipality of Cuneo later.

Electricity consumption:
The room’s electricity consumption is monitored. It is therefore requested to use electrical appliances reasonably by setting maximum temperatures of 22-23 °C in winter and 21-22 °C in summer of the heat pump and remembering to turn off any electrical appliance when not needed or when leaving the accommodation. Any excessive energy consumption will be charged to the guest.

Long stays:
For stays of several weeks it is possible to have a change of towels and bed linen and/or cleaning included in the price.

Extra consumption:
Any extra consumption is not included in the cost of the booking and the payment method must be agreed upon during the stay.

Prohibitions:
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or organizing parties/inviting people who have not been previously declared with an identity document.
